These conditions are fixed for every quotation

Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks after receipt of the advance, final requirements, content, images, and approvals.
Payment condition: Work will commence only after receipt of a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% must be paid after the work is completed and before final handover or live deployment.
The quotation includes a booking-enquiry workflow. If online advance payment is required, one payment-gateway integration can be configured; gateway registration and transaction charges are payable directly by the client.
Content entry covers the agreed initial pages, packages, rooms, and gallery. Professional photography, video production, copywriting, or large additional data entry will be quoted separately.
The first 3 months of post-launch maintenance are free. After this period, maintenance is optional and available at ₹500 whenever changes are required. Features outside the listed scope—including mobile apps, channel-manager integration, live room inventory, or advanced booking engines—require a separate estimate.
